## <mark style="color:blue;">1. About DonaBlock</mark>

DONABLOCK is built around the essential daily activities of shopping for most people.

Our vision is to create a new culture of contribution within the daily lives of the public through rewards. We collaborate with shopping malls, brands, and charitable organizations to create a platform where users (consumers) can receive token rewards through shopping, supporting compassionate donations for social impact. Simultaneously, we support thousands of sellers worldwide to grow their business.

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/5rFQtz_BPuo>" %}

The main barriers for ordinary users in using cryptocurrencies relies in its complexity and reliability. Our platform aims to create a smart mobile app that enhances the user’s shopping experience, making it easy and secure while motivating them to donate.

### Convenience

Users can easily access global partner brands and sellers through both PC and mobile web. They can shop and use their earned tokens in the form of shopping vouchers, support non-profit organizations, obtain membership cards, or simply withdraw tokens to their wallets.

### Simplicity

Similar to existing shopping apps, our platform is easy to use. Anyone can start using it right away with traditional payment methods.

### Scalability

DonaBlock allows global product suppliers and brands to freely promote and sell their products. DonaBlock also supports consumers to actively share their meaningful experiences with us on social media platforms.

By creating both social and economic value with all participants in the DonaBlock community, it becomes easy for sellers worldwide to join our platform.

### Motivation

Earn tokens through everyday shopping, making it more appealing as tokens act not only as reward points but also as investments. To maximize token rewards, users need to use membership cards and donation badges. Membership cards will ‘level up’ through token holdings and making donations to others, with rewards becoming more personalized. This direct incentive encourages sellers, brands, and users to engage in compassionate and benevolent donation activities for social impact through their transactions. Additionally, our platform offers a lifelong referral program where users can receive 5-10% of total rewards from referred friends.

## <mark style="color:blue;">2. DonaBlock Elements</mark>

DonaBlock’s mobile app, DonaBox, consists of three main sections: Shopping & Rewards, Donation, and Social Media. For detailed information, refer to the Rewards section.

<figure><img src="/files/EKe4wLKAV3bq0HgsgcoY" alt=""><figcaption><p>Shop</p></figcaption></figure>

### <mark style="color:purple;">2-1 Shopping & Rewards</mark>

Users can earn token rewards through interactions with sellers from shopping. Once users connect their credit or debit card to the DonaBox app, they can shop at partnering stores using their linked cards and receive token rewards. Tokens can be exchanged for shopping vouchers, donation badges, or withdrawn to a Web3 wallet. Users can also upgrade their membership and enjoy various benefits using tokens.

### <mark style="color:purple;">2-2 Use social media (Sales Activation Code)</mark>

Users can earn DOBO rewards by sharing product links on their social media, receiving sales revenue and participating in charity campaigns by donating a portion of their sales.

As the SAC level (Sale Activation Code) increases, sale rewards also increase. SAC level upgrades based on DOBO holdings, sales performance and donations.

<figure><img src="/files/RHWMABSyAYEmTpK8TD3C" alt=""><figcaption><p>Donate</p></figcaption></figure>

### <mark style="color:purple;">2-3 Fame & Donation Badge</mark>

Users can level up in their reputation/fame badges to enhance token rewards. There are a total of 10 fame badges, and each badge’s reputation value increases based on donation amounts, allowing users to upgrade to the next level. To acquire higher-level fame badges, users can combine two different badges. The highest-level fame badge enables users to receive triple the rewards

## <mark style="color:blue;">3. DonaBlock unique approach</mark>

Worldwide sellers and brands, whether online or offline, can easily join our platform. Additionally, we design attractive and sustainable methods to reward tokens. Some tokens rewarded to users through shopping lead to donations, while DOBO tokens are sold in the market. However, we use a portion of the revenue to buy back DOBO from the market.

Profits from seller commissions back all DOBO tokens issued in the market. This ensures that every token holds intrinsic value generated through users’ shopping.

We also categorize 10 donation badge groups, including but not limited to: children and youth, environmental protection, food and water. Donation badges assist users in receiving up to three times more rewards through leveling up. To use a specific donation badge, users need to accumulate sufficient donation records.

Moreover, since reward tokens are designed as points, they are minimally affected by legal restrictions. This means users can still use flat currency instead of cryptocurrencies for transactions.

<figure><img src="/files/nriehN0EHxEnKP1qPikk" alt=""><figcaption><p>Memberships</p></figcaption></figure>

## <mark style="color:blue;">4. Tokenomics</mark>

The DonaBlock ecosystem features the DOBO token as its primary token, with a fixed supply of 2 billion tokens. These tokens are extensively utilized within the ecosystem for incineration, transactions, donations, and unlocking various functionalities and benefits.

In DonaBlock Tokenomics, when fees are collected, some DOBO tokens are taken out of circulation. Sellers pay us sales commissions, and we use the revenue to buy back DOBO from the market, providing users with DOBO.

This ensures the sustainability of DOBO token value over time, maintaining its resilience against a continuous decrease in value and prevents it from dropping to zero due to sales commissions.

<figure><img src="/files/udcs2NSiFbzpB8mtfcSn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## <mark style="color:blue;">5. Revenue model</mark>

<mark style="color:purple;">**Seller Sales Commission:**</mark> Seller partners pay a sales commission when DonaBlock users make transactions in their stores and malls.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Influence Mediation Fee:**</mark> We charge a 5% transaction fee in DOBO for each transaction generated on social media.

<mark style="color:purple;">**In-App Participation:**</mark> Users need to use DOBO for activities required to upgrade rewards, such as membership cards, reputation badges, and social media sales.

DonaBlock is an affiliate platform connecting users, sellers and influencers. Users can open the DonaBox app, choose products from brands they need or like, and make purchases.

Seller partners pay sales commissions to DonaBlock, and this is shared with users in the form of cashback. Cashback can be withdrawn and converted to popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance Coin. Additionally, DonaBlock rewards users with cashback DOBO (cryptocurrency issued by DonaBlock) from their shopping, which can be sold to make money. &#x20;

We aim to change how people participate, connect, and generate income with cryptocurrencies. Although the business model of DonaBlock may evolve over time, the ultimate vision and mission remain providing the easiest and safest gateway for everyone to start their journey of earning and donating.&#x20;

Through the appealing Shop-To-Donate model, we strive to create both social and economic value by offering numerous benefits to all relevant stakeholders.

## <mark style="color:green;">1. Summary</mark>

#### <mark style="color:purple;">DonaBlock is the world's only and sustainable consumer-led donation culture platform, 'Shop to donate Platform'.</mark>

Donations transferred through cryptocurrency can be accurately verified through Blockchain technology, ensuring transparency, fairness, and clarity from the beginning to the end of the donation. So, when cryptocurrency is used for donations or charitable activities, what would the new sustainable donation culture platform look like?

DonaBlock allows you to donate without the need to prepare separate donations. The everyday flow of product distribution is for the consumer to purchase the producer's product through the seller. Here, the seller's sales profits are provided as cryptocurrency that can be donated to the consumer. In other words, this has brought a drastic change to the way sales profits are distributed by consumers. The generated donation tokens are a powerful means to help someone you know (neighbor, friend, family, charity, etc.) in need.

DonaBlock offers a variety of platforms for consumers to use easily and builds a platform for managing donation campaigns for merchandise networks (Merchandise network). We have partnered with top sellers who determine the sales commission (%) to create the easiest way for consumers to receive donation rights through their daily consumption.

DonaBlock implements the most accessible cashback payment method in the cryptocurrency economy through smart and secure card connection technology. Consumers can receive up to 10% back in cryptocurrency (donation token) from everyday purchases such as coffee, gas, takeouts and etc,. DonaBlock provides users with a different and exciting shopping mechanism.

On the DonaBlock donation platform, consumers engage in everyday shopping to obtain the right to donate their cryptocurrency to others or organizations. Through this consumer-led charity donation, consumers can exercise their benevolent influence on the world and can realize their values and virtues through the act of donation. Consumers can easily and safely donate to nonprofit organizations that match their values using cryptocurrency, and are also able to receive tax benefits.&#x20;

DonaBlock's recipients can be neighbors, friends, family, charities, and social enterprises are able to receive impact funding. DonaBlock provides two systems that can satisfy both donors and recipients, and will contribute to promoting cryptocurrency donations through e-commerce in the future.

Currently, the world population exceeds 8 billion people. However, 1 out of 10 people are still in poverty, and the population of Africa who are economically disadvantaged, is rapidly increasing from 1.3 billion to 2.5 billion. Furthermore, the use of fossil fuels have contributed to the loss of forest land 15 times the area of the Korean Peninsula since 1990. Poverty and environmental challenges are not the only difficulties that surround us everyday.

We are people who live together in this era. In hopes of reaching the world for an 'us' that does not distinguish between me and you, race and nationality, religion and ideology, man and woman, adult and child, DonaBlock will be our hope and solution to help people around the world for a better 'us'.

# 2. Introduction

<mark style="color:purple;">**We want to create a new cryptocurrency donation culture with brand partners who share social values.**</mark>

DonaBlock is a platform that gives consumers the opportunity to receive intermediate profits (ShopBack) from the process of distributing and selling products in everyday life such as shopping, dining out, and travel which is then able to be donated to charities or NGOs ("ShopGive") of their choice. We aim to create social and economic value at the same time.

By the participation of merchandisers, brands and consumers in charitable activities through the daily consumption from myself, my neighbors and the world, there will be a re-evaluation of social values by all parties. DonaBlock is the ‘beginning’ of a beautiful world.

My everyday consumption can change the world,

Thinking about the impact of my everyday consumption on society,

Purchasing social economy products that embody various values, and supporting their value,

Through DonaBlock, we can make progress towards the society we desire through our consumption.

"ShopGive" is about consuming, not because of reasons like "kind behavior, good deeds", but because it satisfies my needs and creates a positive change.

Social value means values that can contribute to the public interest and community development in all areas such as society, environment, and culture, not just economic value. For example, social safety, care for socially vulnerable groups, creation of quality jobs, co-prosperity, and social integration are all included in social value.

Currently, the world is facing various social problems including social polarization and inequality, and in particular, the crisis brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. From this, the importance of social value that focuses on individuals and communities rather than profits and efficiency is being highlighted even more.

We aim to create value for society by identifying various services within the company's value chain and incorporating these services into the company's business strategy. This is known as "Creating Shared Value" and involves pursuing both social and economic value simultaneously. To do this transparently and accurately, DonaBlock is issuing a cryptocurrency called Dona token.

DonaBlock is a blockchain utilising platform for conducting ‘smart contracts’, in which the process of contract execution and verification is automated on the network. From the moment a "ShopBack" is received to the moment a "ShopGive" is made, everything is handled directly and without additional cost, without interference from individuals who would verify the conditions for contract execution. Based on the low cost and trust in accordance with the agreement, contracts are safely executed, and the donation history is transparently disclosed so that consumers can view and analyze it, creating a culture of donation in which brands and consumers can trust and donate.

DonaBlock’s cryptocurrency is fast, transparent and safe.

DonaBlock will begin the "ShopGive" Campaign, a charitable donation activity to accomplish social value together.

# 3.Background and Strategy

Background and Strategy

# 3-1 World Giving Index

The UK charity organization (CAF) has released the 2021 World Giving Index. Based on a survey and analysis of the donating behavior of 114 countries in 2020, the index is calculated based on the average percentage of people who answered "yes" when asked if the following was performed during the past month

1 they had helped a stranger

2 given financial donations

3 volunteered their resources &#x20;

Korea's donation index was 22 points, ranking 110th out of 114 countries. Compared to the previous survey in 2018, which was 34 points and ranked 60th among 145 countries, it has dropped significantly. In fact, the current survey showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the donating behavio

r of countries. Most notably, the rankings of Western European countries, which have consistently been in the top ranks, have declined significantly. The research team said, "The rankings of the United States, Ireland, and the Netherlands, which have consistently been in the top 10, have declined significantly, and African countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, and Uganda have taken their place." They also explained that "Among the top 10 countries, only Australia and New Zealand are high-income countries, and their scores have also decreased from before." &#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/6gYx8lx0Z1d5F9v6yhDq" alt=""><figcaption><p>CAF WORLD GIVING INDEX</p></figcaption></figure>

The country with the highest donation index is Indonesia, with a score of 69 points. Indonesia also ranked first in 2018, but its score was 10 points lower than in 2020, at 59 points. This means that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of people participating in donations and volunteer work increased. The reason why Indonesia boasts such a high donation index is "religion, tradition, and education". Indonesia is predominantly Muslim and practices Zakat, one of the five pillars of Islam, which is to help the poor and provide for the community. In addition, the spirit of "Gotong Royong", which means to work together, is deeply rooted in Indonesian culture, and education that teaches people to help those in need is a driving force behind the high donation index.

Following Indonesia, the top 10 countries are Kenya, Nigeria, Myanmar, Australia, Ghana, New Zealand, Uganda, Costa Rica, and Thailand. A common feature among these countries is that they are located in Asia-Pacific and Africa, where the number of Covid-19 deaths is relatively low.

Unfortunately, South Korea is included in the bottom 10 countries within the donation index. Belgium, which ranked 39th in 2018, has dropped to 112th, Italy, which ranked 68th, has dropped to 111th, France, which ranked 72nd, has dropped to 106th, and Portugal, which ranked 83rd, has dropped to 113th. This can be indicative of the impact that Covid-19 has caused, affecting the donation index of European countries. Japan, which ranked 128th (out of 145 countries) in 2018 and had a relatively low donation index, was the only country in the 10-point range in the 2020 survey, avoiding the unfortunate shame other countries have faced.

# 3-2 plan to expand the base of donations

<mark style="color:blue;">**Everyday life consumption leads to donations**</mark>

Consuming with "belief." The trend of "Meaning Out," which actively expresses one's belief by purchasing goods that contain social value or special messages, is spreading. This means actively expressing political and social beliefs through consumption, which were not previously revealed. The MZ generation enthusiastically agrees with "doing good if possible." If you have money to spend, it is much better to spend it on good deeds. "Buycotting" (the act of actively purchasing goods from stores that receive good evaluations with the meaning of "giving money") is also the same context in a broad sense. In other words, if there is a product that matches your values, you do not stop at purchasing it, you actively communicate this online. This behavior has become a culture - to actively share contents that you think are meaningful and valuable, and to show your identity through this action.

DonaBlock is a platform that allows consumers to receive intermediate profits generated from the distribution and sale of products in daily life from daily consumption such as, shopping, dining out, and traveling (‘ShopBack’), and to donate to desired charitable organizations or places in need of assistance ("ShopGive"). It aims to create both social and economic value.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Building positive brand association through charitable activity**</mark>

"Purpose" can differentiate a brand. Price and quality can be key factors in consumer purchasing decisions, but there is another motivator that is increasingly influencing our unconscious mind: the "social purpose" of the brand. However, it is not always easy to convey the "purpose" of a brand. To surpass the tangible elements like price and quality, an intuitive element is needed. One of the most powerful ways to realize the purpose of a brand for consumers is to connect it with a specific, relatable charity project.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Tapping into a Growing User Base**</mark>

In 2021, donors gave more than $300 million in cryptocurrencies to charities. However, the numbers only represent part of the reason why thousands of non-profits accept cryptocurrency donations. Crypto Philanthropy has become a rapidly growing way to donate. Cryptocurrency users are increasing worldwide, and more and more people are using cryptocurrencies to support the causes they care about to try to change the world.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Future-Proofing Your Fundraising**</mark>

Donating and accepting cryptocurrencies can help non-profits diversify their fundraising efforts. Cryptocurrencies provide clarity and transparency in contrast to traditional fundraising methods, which in turn open up innovative possibilities for various forms of fundraising making cryptocurrencies an important fundraising method for non-profits to rely on. For example, some non-profits have raised over $12 million in cryptocurrency through NFT-related charity donations in 2021. Cryptocurrency donations connect non-profit organizations with younger donors. Did you know that 94% of cryptocurrency users are Millennials and Gen Z, and the average age of cryptocurrency users is 38 years old? These users tend to have an average income of approximately $110,000 and are generous.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Smart contract**</mark>

When a transaction is completed with a smart contract, all data recorded on the blockchain cannot be forged or modified under any circumstances. Token movements between brands, consumers, and charitable organizations on the DonaBlock platform are recorded on the blockchain, so donation or sale data is safely protected during the transaction process. It is impossible to manipulate donation-related data recorded on the blockchain within the system. DonaBlock allows donors to report and analyze the movement of donations from the moment they are donated to the point where charitable organizations spend them, protecting transparency and mitigating the possibility of incorrect reporting. Suppliers cannot arbitrarily adjust the amount of donation tokens offered to consumers when purchasing goods, and all participants in the transaction can confirm whether the donated funds have safely reached the intended destination.

# 4. DonaBlock Vision

DonaBlock supports online volunteering activities where global product suppliers and brands can freely promote and sell their products, and consumers can actively share their donation tokens with others that they consider meaningful and valuable. DonaBlock is a platform where consumers can donate the proceeds from their purchases to NGOs, charitable organizations, or disadvantaged neighbors of their choice. Through shopping enjoyment and the happiness of giving, consumers can gain a sense of fulfillment. In this way, DonaBlock aims to create both social and economic value together with all participants in the DonaBlock ecosystem.

<mark style="color:purple;">**DonaBlock – Mission:**</mark>&#x20;

**We are dedicated to creating a world where everyone can live a dignified life.**

<mark style="color:purple;">**DonaBlock - 3 Principles**</mark>

<mark style="color:green;">1st principle:</mark> Donation is used for environmental conservation and preservation and for humanity currently living and future generations.

<mark style="color:green;">2nd principle:</mark> As long as it does not contradict the 1st principle, the target of the donation(Dona Catcher) is determined by the donor(Dona Pitcher).

<mark style="color:green;">3rd principle:</mark> As long as it does not contradict the 1st and 2nd principles, all members of the ecosystem should feel proud of themselves.

<mark style="color:purple;">**DonaBlock - Core Values:**</mark>

Our core values are based on #donation #sharing #trust #participation #volunteerism #transparency and we will achieve the following goals:

01 As a member of DonaBlock ecosystem, our participation involves donating

02 Connecting worldwide brands with consumers

03 Building a donation ecosystem that all ecosystem participants can trust.

04 Supporting a donation system that allows participation from brands, consumers, and donation organizations

05 Supporting the active volunteer activities of consumers in the donation ecosystem

06 Securing donation transparency using blockchain technology

# 5. DonaBlock Giving Protocol

We want to develop and provide a donation platform that allows consumers to receive back the intermediate profits generated during the distribution and sale of products such as shopping, dining out, and traveling ("ShopBack"), and then enables consumers to donate to individuals or groups of their choice ("ShopGive") in order to expand the scope of donations in three steps.

Phase Block-1 Early Stage to Test Basic Models - Stage: Connection of partner, brand and store

In the initial stages of forming a token economy, the proportion of fiat money in the total volume of transactions is significantly higher than the proportion of tokens.

Phase Block-2 Accelerate Token Volume & Value - Stage: Connection of partner, brand and merchandise

The volume and value of tokens increase rapidly, and the expansion of the proportion of token usage is accelerated.

Phase Block-3 Market Expansion Stage – Stage: Connection to offline store

When reaching Phase 3, the expansion stage of the market, the majority of transactions will be made using tokens, and the tokens will circulate autonomously among economic entities within the economy. This circulation will increase demand for tokens and ultimately lead to an increase in token value.

# 6. DonaBlock.1 Brand Mall Connect

To receive a "ShopBack", the consumer must be at an official store operated by a brand participating in the DonaBlock partner network. Partner brand stores can be searched for and shopped on both the DonaBlock Application and web. If a product from a partner brand is purchased from a store such as a marketplace or social commerce, the consumer cannot receive a "ShopBack" for the intermediate profits made. The difference between DonaBlock and other platforms is that the consumer cannot receive "ShopBack" from other platforms due to the costs of platform fees, usage fees, and advertising.

DonaBlock supports both PC and mobile web to make it easy for users to access partner brand stores. When a user accesses a partner store through the mobile app (Android, iOS) or browser extension, a shopping session is started and a message is displayed through the browser extension and mobile app saying "This is a store where "ShopBack" is possible".

# 6-1 Dona Brand ShopBack

DonaBlock promotes and handles the sale of products from partner brand stores, and receives intermediate profit and sales fees from partners when a product is sold. DonaBlock gives the entire intermediate profit to the consumer as a "ShopBack". "ShopBack" has many differences from the typical savings for repurchase. This is because consuming on DonaBlock means that both the brand and the consumer are participating in good deeds for the realization of social value. However, our company and partner brands do not involve themselves in the "ShopGive" activities of members. Instead, consumers are given the authority to donate to the desired recipient (individual or group) with "ShopGive". When a member joins DonaBlock, their electronic wallet is activated, and the "ShopBack" is stored safely in the member's electronic wallet after the purchase is confirmed as DonaBlock's cryptocurrency, " DonaBlock Token". &#x20;

# 6-2 Dona Brand ShopGive

Users who have received "ShopBack" can search for various donation targets on the DonaBlock platform and donate with DonaBlock Tokens. Donation targets are wide-ranging and can be immediately donated worldwide with cryptocurrency. We have very strict standards in selecting donation organizations (charities, non-profit organizations). They must incorporate values such as safety, environment, social minority care, co-prosperity cooperation, and social integration, and donation money must be used transparently and be publicly available.

"ShopGive" is quickly, safely and transparently donated to charities, non-profit organizations, companies, and individuals. This is the biggest reason why we donate with cryptocurrency. "ShopGive" is a "ShopGive" Campaign that means "consume with satisfaction of my needs" and creates a good change in consumption, and values that can contribute to public interest and community development in all areas such as society, environment, and culture. Opportunities to participate in the campaign and donate cryptocurrency are separately available from "ShopBack" conditions with brand partners on the DonaBlock platform.

# 6-7 Sustainable Development Goals -Impact Index Funds map to the United Nations’ Sustainable Develop

{% hint style="info" %}
This is the official website of the United Nations providing information on the development and implementation of an indicator framework for the follow up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. It is maintained by the [United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD)](http://unstats.un.org/), a division of the [Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA)](http://www.un.org/desa/).
{% endhint %}

With just under ten years left to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, world leaders at the SDG Summit in September 2019 called for a Decade of Action and delivery for sustainable development, and pledged to mobilize financing, enhance national implementation and strengthen institutions to achieve the Goals by the target date of 2030, leaving no one behind.

The UN Secretary-General called on all sectors of society to mobilize for a decade of action on three levels: global action to secure greater leadership, more resources and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals; local action embedding the needed transitions in the policies, budgets, institutions and regulatory frameworks of governments, cities and local authorities; and people action, including by youth, civil society, the media, the private sector, unions, academia and other stakeholders, to generate an unstoppable movement pushing for the required transformations.

Numerous civil society leaders and organizations have also called for a “super year of activism” to accelerate progress on the Sustainable Development Goals, urging world leaders to redouble efforts to reach the people furthest behind, support local action and innovation, strengthen data systems and institutions, rebalance the relationship between people and nature, and unlock more financing for sustainable development.

At the core of the 2020-2030 decade is the need for action to tackle growing poverty, empower women and girls, and address the climate emergency.

More people around the world are living better lives compared to just a decade ago. More people have access to better healthcare, decent work, and education than ever before. But inequalities and climate change are threatening to undo the gains. Investment in inclusive and sustainable economies can unleash significant opportunities for shared prosperity. And the political, technological and financial solutions are within reach. But much greater leadership and rapid, unprecedented changes are needed to align these levers of change with sustainable development objectives.

<mark style="color:purple;">**17 Goals for People, for Planet**</mark>

**The Sustainable Development Goals are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere. The 17 Goals were adopted by all UN Member States in 2015, as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development which set out a 15-year plan to achieve the Goals.**

**Today, progress is being made in many places, but, overall, action to meet the Goals is not yet advancing at the speed or scale required. 2020 needs to usher in a decade of ambitious action to deliver the Goals by 2030.**&#x20;

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/zzqSpThodA7je1iWI4v9" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

<mark style="color:red;">**Goal 1. No Poverty**</mark>

**“End poverty in all its forms everywhere”**

Eradicating extreme poverty for all people everywhere by 2030 is a pivotal goal of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Between 2015 and 2018, global poverty continued its historical decline, with the poverty rate falling from 10.1 per cent in 2015 to 8.6 per cent in 2018. Nowcasts suggest that owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, the global poverty rate increased sharply from 8.3 per cent in 2019 to 9.2 per cent in 2020, representing the first increase in extreme poverty since 1998 and the largest increase since 1990 and setting back poverty reduction by about three years.

**Goal 2. Zero Hunger**

**“End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture”**

Sustainable Development Goal 2 is about creating a world free of hunger by 2030. In 2020, between 720 million and 811 million persons worldwide were suffering from hunger, roughly 161 million more than in 2019. Also in 2020, a staggering 2.4 billion people, or above 30 per cent of the world’s population, were moderately or severely food-insecure, lacking regular access to adequate food. The figure increased by nearly 320 million people in just one year. Globally, 149.2 million children under 5 years of age, or 22.0 per cent, were suffering from stunting (low height for their age) in 2020, a decrease from 24.4 per cent in 2015.

**Goal 3. Good Health and Well-Being**

**”** **Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages “**

Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being at all ages is essential to sustainable development. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread human suffering.

As of mid-2022, COVID-19 had infected more than 500 million people worldwide. The latest estimates show that global “excess deaths” directly and indirectly attributable to COVID-19 could have been as high as 15 million by the end of 2021.

**Goal 4. Quality Education**

**“Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”**

Providing quality education for all is fundamental to creating a peaceful and prosperous world. Education gives people the knowledge and skills they need to stay healthy, get jobs and foster tolerance.

The COVID-19 outbreak, however, has caused a global education crisis. Most education systems in the world have been severely affected by education disruptions and have faced unprecedented challenges. School closures brought on by the pandemic have had devastating consequences for children’s learning and well-being.

**Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls**

**Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls**

Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. There has been progress over the last decades, but the world is not on track to achieve gender equality by 2030.

The social and economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic has made the situation even bleaker. Progress in many areas, including time spent on unpaid care and domestic work, decision-making regarding sexual and reproductive health, and gender-responsive budgeting, is falling behind.

**Goal 6. Clean Water and Sanitation**

**“Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all”**

Access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene is the most basic human need for health and well-being. Billions of people will lack access to these basic services in 2030 unless progress quadruples. Demand for water is rising owing to rapid population growth, urbanization and increasing water needs from agriculture, industry, and energy sectors.

Decades of misuse, poor management, overextraction of groundwater and contamination of freshwater supplies have exacerbated water stress. In addition, countries are facing growing challenges linked to degraded water-related ecosystems, water scarcity caused by climate change, underinvestment in water and sanitation and insufficient cooperation on transboundary waters.

**Goal 7. Affordable and Clean Energy**

**“Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all”**

Goal 7 is about ensuring access to clean and affordable energy, which is key to the development of agriculture, business, communications, education, healthcare and transportation. The lack of access to energy hinders economic and human development.

Latest data suggest that the world continues to advance towards sustainable energy targets. Nevertheless, the current pace of progress is insufficient to achieve Goal 7 by 2030. Huge disparities in access to modern sustainable energy persist.

**Goal 8. Decent Work and Economic Growth**

**“Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all”**

Even before the outbreak of COVID-19, one in five countries – home to billions of people living in poverty – were likely to see per capita incomes stagnate or decline in 2020. Now, the economic and financial shocks associated with COVID-19—such as disruptions to industrial production, falling commodity prices, financial market volatility, and rising insecurity—are derailing the already tepid economic growth and compounding heightened risks from other factors.

**Goal 9. Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure**

**“Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation”**

Inclusive and sustainable industrialization, together with innovation and infrastructure, can unleash dynamic and competitive economic forces that generate employment and income. They play a key role in introducing and promoting new technologies, facilitating international trade and enabling the efficient use of resources.

However, the world still has a long way to go to fully tap this potential. Least developed countries, in particular, need to accelerate the development of their manufacturing sector if they are to meet the 2030 target, and scale up investment in scientific research and innovation.

**Goal 10. Reduced Inequalities**

**“Reduce inequality within and among countries”**

Reducing inequalities and ensuring no one is left behind are integral to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Inequality within and among countries is a persistent cause for concern.

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic appear to be reversing any positive trends of narrowing income inequality. The pandemic has also intensified structural and systemic discrimination. Emerging markets and developing economies are experiencing slow recoveries, widening disparities in income between countries. The number of refugees and migrant deaths worldwide reached the highest absolute number on record in 2021.

**Goal 11. Sustainable Cities and Communities**

**“Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable”**

The world is becoming increasingly urbanized. Since 2007, more than half the world’s population has been living in cities, and that share is projected to rise to 60 per cent by 2030.

Cities and metropolitan areas are powerhouses of economic growth—contributing about 60 per cent of global GDP. However, they also account for about 70 per cent of global carbon emissions and over 60 per cent of resource use.

Rapid urbanization is resulting in a growing number of slum dwellers, inadequate and overburdened infrastructure and services (such as waste collection and water and sanitation systems, roads and transport), worsening air pollution and unplanned urban sprawl.

**Goal 12. Responsible Consumption and Production**

**“Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns”**

Worldwide consumption and production a driving force of the global economy rest on the use of the natural environment and resources in a way that continues to have destructive impacts on the planet.

Economic and social progress over the last century has been accompanied by environmental degradation that is endangering the very systems on which our future development indeed, our very survival depends.

**Goal 13. Climate Action**

**“Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts”**

To limit warming to 1.5° Celsius above pre-industrial levels, as set out in the Paris Agreement, global greenhouse gas emissions will need to peak before 2025. Then they must decline by 43 per cent by 2030 and to net zero by 2050. Countries are articulating climate action plans to cut emissions and adapt to climate impacts through nationally determined contributions. However, current national commitments are not sufficient to meet the 1.5°C target.

**Goal 14. Life Below Water**

**“Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, sea and marine resources for sustainable development”**

The ocean drives global systems that make the Earth habitable for humankind. Our rainwater, drinking water, weather, climate, coastlines, much of our food, and even the oxygen in the air we breathe, are all ultimately provided and regulated by the sea.

Careful management of this essential global resource is a key feature of a sustainable future. However, at the current time, there is a continuous deterioration of coastal waters owing to pollution, and ocean acidification is having an adversarial effect on the functioning of ecosystems and biodiversity. This is also negatively impacting small scale fisheries.

Saving our ocean must remain a priority. Marine biodiversity is critical to the health of people and our planet. Marine protected areas need to be effectively managed and well-resourced and regulations need to be put in place to reduce overfishing, marine pollution and ocean acidification.

**Goal 15. Life on Land**

**“Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss”**

Around 1 million animal and plant species are threatened with extinction – many within decades – according to the 2019 Global Assessment Report on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Service. The report called for transformative changes to restore and protect nature. It found that the health of ecosystems on which we and all other species depend is deteriorating more rapidly than ever, affecting the very foundations of our economies, livelihoods, food security, health and quality of life worldwide.

The health of our planet also plays an important role in the emergence of zoonotic diseases, i.e. diseases that are transmissible between animals and humans. As we continue to encroach on fragile ecosystems, we bring humans into ever-greater contact with wildlife, enabling pathogens in wildlife to spill over to livestock and humans, increasing the risk of disease emergence and amplification.

**Goal 16. Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions**

**“Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels”**

Conflict, insecurity, weak institutions and limited access to justice remain a great threat to sustainable development.

The number of people fleeing war, persecution and conflict exceeded 70 million in 2018, the highest level recorded by the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) in almost 70 years.

In 2019, the United Nations tracked 357 killings and 30 enforced disappearances of human rights defenders, journalists and trade unionists in 47 countries.

And the births of around one in four children under age 5 worldwide are never officially recorded, depriving them of a proof of legal identity crucial for the protection of their rights and for access to justice and social services.

**Goal 17. Partnerships for the Goals**

**“Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development”**

The SDGs can only be realized with strong global partnerships and cooperation.

A successful development agenda requires inclusive partnerships at the global, regional, national  and local levels built upon principles and values, and upon a shared vision and shared goals placing people and the planet at the centre. &#x20;

# 8-1 PAYMENT CARD SECURITY Oauth 2.0 Protocol Flow

<mark style="color:purple;">**ECOSYSTEM OF PAYMENT DEVICES, APPLICATIONS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND USERS**</mark>

**1.** In order to receive “ShopBack” at an offline partner store, the credit card or debit card used must be registered on the DonaBlock mobile APP. Many people are unaware that similar card-linking apps can see their consumption habits and personal information. DonaBlock does not collect or sell consumer personal information, and the information collected during card use is protected securely. We only use the information necessary to convert the “ShopBack” received from the seller to DonaBlock Tokens when consumers shop at partner stores. For the most reliable security, we will use OAuth connection for credit card linking to build an encrypted “ShopBack” service.

**2.** The DonaBlock card-linking system uses the most advanced technology to comply with the PCI DSS standard and maintain strict access control to prevent accidents. We collect and process only the data necessary to calculate and authenticate partner store and transaction categories and related account types for “ShopBack” provision. We identify but do not store consumer creditworthiness. We comply with the PCI DSS standard and handle sensitive information with the highest level of security.

**3.** A) (APP User) This requests permission to access user data. Conceptually, the app requests this from the user, but in practice, it is often a third-party authority that mediates between the app and the user to provide the necessary permissions.&#x20;

(B) (User APP) We issue an authorization grant that proves consent to access. RFC 6749 defines four types of authorization grants. The type of authorization grant to be used is determined by the type of app and the support of the granting authority.&#x20;

(C) (APP Authority Granting Agency) We submit an authorization grant to request an access token. The access token is the key that unlocks the locked safe of user data.&#x20;

(D) (Authority Granting Agency APP) We verify the authorization grant and provide an access token that contains information about the data items, scope, and period that the user has agreed to. In other words, we provide the key to access the user’s data when needed.&#x20;

(E) (APP Data Providing Agency) We submit an access token to request user data.&#x20;

(F) (Data Providing Agency APP) We provide user data. We verify that the access token submitted by the app is valid and confirm the information in the access token to determine the data items, scope, and validity period to be provided.

Consumer trust is very important to us. We verify that all nonprofit organizations using DonaBlock are registered nonprofit organizations, charities, and foundations. Charities must be transparent and disclose the necessary information for charity campaigns as members of the DonaBlock donation platform ecosystem. Based on the information registered by the nonprofit organization, we connect consumers to donation organizations through AI recommendations, category classification, keyword search, etc. for their convenience.

<mark style="color:purple;">INDEX FUND</mark>

This Index Fund brings together several nonprofit organizations with similar focuses or missions. The details of the tasks of each nonprofit organization may be different, but these nonprofit organizations in the Index Fund have been selected because they match the most important objectives. If a brand has a specific problem area that it wants to support through charitable donations, it is a good idea to donate to the Index Fund. A single transaction can help nonprofit organizations of all shapes and sizes. With a single donation, donors can maximize their impact and support multiple nonprofit organizations that match their specific goals. The funds are distributed equally to each participating nonprofit organization regardless of size. Once a month, the total value of each fund is distributed equally to all nonprofit organizations participating in the fund.

<mark style="color:purple;">IMPACT FUND</mark>

DonaBlock Fund is a platform that supports social enterprises that are working to solve social, environmental, health, and hunger problems, as specified in the UNSDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), through crowdfunding, so that they can achieve sustainable growth. Investors, nonprofit organizations, businesses, consumers, and others who support sustainable development around the world participate in "impact donation" through the DonaBlock Fund platform.

<mark style="color:blue;">**With a single encrypted donation, you can support countless charity and nonprofit organizations around the world. The funds are distributed equally to each participating nonprofit organization regardless of size.**</mark>

**Support Nonprofits That Advocate for Children & Youth**

We should strive to become a society that is more attentive to the needs of children. Many children in the United States and around the world lack basic needs to put them on the path toward a successful future, like access to quality education. Additionally, there are many children and young people dealing with emotional and mental stress from bullying, abuse, or other traumas who need support, as well as those suffering from critical illnesses. There is no limit to the ways we can do better to support those children and their families who are in need.

**Support Nonprofits That Deliver Emergency Relief After Disasters & Conflict**

Natural disasters like floods and earthquakes are often inescapable and devastating for communities. According to the Brookings Institute, there are now about 400 natural disasters annually, affecting 200 million people—an increase coming as a result of climate change. People affected by natural disasters, as well as those living in conflict or post-conflict areas, often need emergency relief in the form of shelter, food, medical services, and infrastructure rebuilding. But since disasters tend to disproportionately affect countries without adequate infrastructure to protect and respond to these events, NGOs and other organizations have emerged to meet the demand and deliver much-needed relief to millions annually.

**Support Nonprofits That Address Food & Water Crises Worldwide**

Globally, billions of people suffer from lack of access to clean water or inadequate nourishment. For many, chronic hunger is a silent condition that leads to illness and vulnerability, not to mention stunted growth among children. Similarly, communities that rely on contaminated water sources are susceptible to life-threatening diseases that devastate local populations. The two main approaches to solving the global hunger and water crises involve providing emergency relief efforts and building sustainable methods of self-reliant farming. But with increasing natural disasters and climate change, current efforts are not enough to keep the problems from worsening on a global scale.

**Support Nonprofits That Protect, Foster, and Rehabilitate Animals**

The ethical treatment of animals goes far beyond providing comfort and eliminating harm. In fact, the global state of animal treatment paints an alarming portrait of humans and our relationship with the other inhabitants of our world. Did you know, for example, that no laws currently protect animal rights on factory farms in the US, or that animal agriculture is responsible for 56 percent of water usage in the nation? Humans may co-exist on our planet with thousands of other species, but our actions often show blatant disregard for our friends in the air, land, and sea.

**Support Nonprofits That Provide and Invest in Educational Initiatives**

Funding education is an urgent priority across the globe. Alarming statistics show that one in five children worldwide, or about 263 million, are out of school—and the trend has not shown signs of improvement over the past several years. The COVID-19 pandemic has also caused disruptions to childrens’ education, further compounding the ongoing problems. As a result, many students are not meeting minimum proficiency levels and struggle to catch up to their peers. In particular, girls are forced to withstand enormous social pressure to pause or stop pursuing their education altogether, despite the findings of a recent study that suggest that every additional school year can increase a woman’s earnings by ten to twenty percent.

**Support Nonprofits That Are Fighting Poverty & Building Affordable Housing Opportunities**

Poverty and homelessness are global challenges that impact every community and nation. As of the most recent reporting, 700 million people, or 10% of the world’s population, live in extreme poverty, surviving on less than $1.90 per day. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic caused extreme poverty to rise in 2020, for the first time in more than two decades. As a result of the global disruption, an estimated 100 million more people are living in poverty. But money isn’t the only measure of poverty: millions globally lack access to work, proper health and nutrition, education, sanitation, and housing.

**Support Nonprofits That Protect Our Environment**

Despite increasing efforts to reverse climate change, we are now facing greater challenges than ever to solving this interconnected, global emergency. Greenhouse gasses released by human activity are raising the earth’s temperature, causing a variety of problems like unprecedented levels of animal extinction, destruction of stable ecosystems, and an increase in natural disasters. Beyond the need to reduce carbon emissions by enforcing major reforms to policies and making different individual choices, there are other ongoing issues such as unchecked ocean pollution, dangerous hydraulic fracking practices and oil pipeline spills that impact billions of people.

**Support Nonprofits That Defend Civil & Human Rights**

Human and civil rights are some of the foundational pillars of democratic societies. But even in free nations, the most marginalized people in our communities are often subject to attacks, abuse, and systematic injustice. According to several studies, the prosperity of nations is correlated with better human rights protection. The nonprofits defending civil and human rights worldwide do so with the understanding that when our communities don’t live up to the highest moral standards, we all suffer. Their work involves a variety of urgent causes, such as protecting refugee and LGBTQ+ rights, promoting press freedom worldwide, and working to end child marriage.

**Support Nonprofits That Promote Arts & Culture**

A vibrant artistic culture is one of the signs of a thriving society. In the United States, art is seen as both a way of life and big business, from Las Vegas to Nashville to Hollywood, and everywhere in between. In fact, arts and culture account for 4.2 percent of the U.S. economy, driven by activities like museum admissions, expensive film productions, and Broadway ticket sales. But our love of cultural products contrasts with the bleak funding situation for arts education and cultural preservation programs, which are under-resourced despite research that shows the many benefits of the arts on academic performance and mental wellbeing.

**Support Nonprofits That Health & Medicine**

Nearly everyone knows a friend or family member who has been affected by disease or health-related ailments. As the global population grows, the future burden of diseases like cancer and heart disease is also expected to increase. To meet the present challenges as well as those of the decades ahead, it’s critical to support organizations committed to care, treatment, research, education and advocacy around chronic diseases and overall health. From funding research to look for cures and breakthroughs to providing surgical care for people in low-income communities, there are countless ways to help in the fight against suffering caused by disease.

# 9-5 DonaBlock NFT Fundraising

**What is an NFT?**

In the most basic sense, a non-fungible token is a way to store data on a blockchain such as Ethereum. Unlike fungible assets such as the US dollar, one NFT cannot be swapped interchangeably for another NFT. That’s because each token functions as a way to validate unique ownership of something, such as a single work of digital art.

**In the case of digital art, NFTs are often misunderstood to be the work of art itself, but that is not the case. Instead, the NFT is the underlying technology that has enabled digital artists to mint and sell uniquely verifiable works of art.**&#x20;

As a comparison, think of an NFT more like the deed to a house than the house itself. Just like the holder of a deed can prove that they are the owner of the house, an NFT holder can prove that they own the asset in question.

**Why NFTs Matter to Nonprofit Organizations**

As NFTs have caught the attention of mainstream culture, the market for NFTs has grown exponentially. NFT creators and collectors have seen a rise in profit margins from the sale of NFTs. In turn, this has empowered the NFT community to use its affluence to make a positive social impact, often in the form of charitable donations to nonprofit organizations.

Not only do NFTs represent a new revenue stream for nonprofits, but NFTs also enable organizations to expand their network and connect with many new supporters for their cause.

And charitable giving from the NFT community is by no means limited to the occasional major gift from the most profitable artists.

Just as there is a whole ecosystem that maintains and grows the NFT market—from artists and marketplaces to traders and collectors—there are a variety of people, projects, and companies that are essential to the growing philanthropic side of the NFT community. Many nonprofits establish long-term relationships within the NFT community and receive continual support for their cause.

**Why NFTs Matter to Nonprofit Organizations**

NFT fundraising strategies share many similarities with traditional nonprofit fundraising techniques, but the key difference is that NFT fundraising relies on blockchain technology.

To fundraise using NFTs, many nonprofits hold NFT charity auctions or partner with NFT creators to receive the proceeds from NFT sales.

Much like traditional fundraising strategies such as crowdfunding and art auctions, NFT fundraising requires planning ahead of time and knowledge of your audience. It also takes advance investment in specific technologies or services, since NFTs depend on a different system of transactions using blockchain technology.

**DonaBlock Giving Fund helps nonprofit organizations of all sizes maximize their fundraising outcomes as they tap into the fundraising power of NFTs.**

# 11. DonaBlock Dashboard System

On DonaBlock Dashboard, Suppliers and volunteer can view crucial information about products and sales history. By disclosing information transparently, two parties are able to make a fair consensus on "ShopBack".

For the supplier, the list of volunteers provided is with their performance data such as Block-Fame level, the accumulated DonaBlock tokens in the latest 3 months, sales and target reach. Based on the information, the supplier can select the preferred Volunteer and request the promotion of their product.

The Volunteer accepts the reproposed "ShopBack" ratio or goes through a consensus process to propose a "ShopBack" ratio again.

Once the "ShopBack" agreement is made, the Volunteer will begin charity campaign and selling the product.

\- After a "ShopBack" agreement is made with the supplier, the volunteer creates contents and promotes products on the personal shop or social media.

\- For accurate tracking of volunteers’ sales activity, a link is generated for every product. This link is shared on volunteers’ social media and leads customers to sales page.

\- Sales profit is donated according to "ShopBack".

\- Sales record will be stored on the data layer and transaction data will be recorded on the block - Data such as sales performance, advertisement index, characteristics of main targets and user

behavior is collected and mined. This data is provided to suppliers while some of this data is charged a fee.

\- Suppliers can search for volunteers with a customer pool that best matches their core target consumers.

\- DonaBlock forms partnership with Suppliers and volunteers to integrate, accumulate, and

process data. Though such data is provided to participants in the ecosystem, part of this data will be disclosed only to those who pay tokens. Collected tokens will later be used to cover the operation cost.

When a volunteer starts charity campaign activities, customers’ activity data such as number of impressions, clicks, shopping carts, and their purchases per activity period, as well as sales performance data and conversion rate data can be all tracked down in the system. In addition, since it is possible to confirm the purchasing tendency of the customer who volunteer the volunteer's sales activity performance index, it is possible to predict the target group and the product group with high purchase conversion rate for each volunteer.

# 12. DonaBlock Fame Evaluation System

# 12-1. Volunteer Evaluation System

Volunteers are evaluated based on their sales performance and level of activity. Such evaluation is defined as 'Block Fame'. This rating can be seen on both on-chain and off-chain variables, providing a transparent and objective proof of fame. This rating is used as a reference when a supplier chooses a volunteer and agrees on a donation ratio, and is also used as a measure of trust within the ecosystem. The variables that determine the Block Fame are publicly available to suppliers and charities on a separate dashboard.

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/5pTtgHzubjqb6oIfTml7" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Volunteer Evaluation System</p></figcaption></figure></div>

***BlockFame 6 Levels of Volunteer***

Volunteers are divided into 6 levels according to the Block Fame tree. In order to increase the likelihood of collaborating with a Volunteer and their donation campaign, the supplier must offer a high ShopBack determined by the ecosystem. If demand for a particular product exceeds supply, the transaction may be passed to the Volunteer with the highest level of activity in a first-come, first-served manner. To prevent this, Block Fame is evaluated based on the activity of the past 3 months.

# 12-2 Method and the variables that determine

<mark style="color:purple;">**The following is the method and the variables that determine Block-Fame.**</mark>

<figure><img src="/files/WmwPVnAcLG3ZPKQkXxOK" alt=""><figcaption><p>Block-Fame Level Function</p></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/8c9QJFGhhAFTfGSMegay" alt=""><figcaption><p>BLOCK-FAME LEVEL FUNCTION</p></figcaption></figure>

<mark style="color:purple;">**• High Weight - On-chain Block-Fame variables**</mark>

**Sales**

: Refers to the amount of sales made through a Volunteer after a contract with a partner company in the past 3 months. Because the transaction is recorded on Blockchain, it is possible to objectively verify voluntary buying power and assign a high weight. The number of transactions is an indicator of accurately measuring the volunteer's activity. Even if the amount is small, if the transaction is completed within the past 3 months, a high weight is given to increase the Block Fame.

**Transaction**

:The number of transactions is the second most accurate variable that reflects the level of volunteer activity. The number of transactions is applied regardless of the total revenue generated from the transaction.

<mark style="color:purple;">**• Medium Weight - Block-Fame variable between on and off chains**</mark>

**Total amount of** DonaBlock **Token obtained in the last three months (Dona obtainment)**

The amount of DonaBlock Token obtainment reflects the total amount of obtainment in the last three months.

Also, it ensures fair and transparent competition by preventing volunteers with a large of amount of tokens from barring other volunteers.

**Purchase Conversion Rate**

If the purchase conversion rate is high, it is possible to recognize that personal sales activities are actively increasing, and the level can rise. If a volunteer uses a bot to increase visitors (off-chain) to raise their Block Fame index, the purchase conversion rate will decrease, reducing the risk of manipulating visitor numbers.

**The number of deal agreements**

The weight assigned to a Volunteer's rating is determined by the number of agreements reached with suppliers in the past 3 months. This allows us to determine whether the Volunteer is consistently contributing to the ecosystem.

<mark style="color:purple;">**• Low Weight - Off-chain Block-Fame variables**</mark>

**The number of visitors and followers**

The monitoring system of Volunteer allows the Volunteer to check specific data, particularly sales performance, regarding Block Fame. Because Block Fame is an important indicator for product suppliers, Volunteers can carefully manage each of its components (such as accumulated DonaBlock Token compensation, total number and volume of sales, and purchase conversion rate) with data from the last three months being used in the calculation of the ratings. DonaBlock uses this evaluation system to prevent Volunteers from monopolizing the highest rating by focusing on short-term performance.

Volunteers are able to easily see what types of products are listed and what product requests have been received on the administrator dashboard. Block Fame is displayed on the dashboard along with other simple information about accumulated token donations and number of followers. On the supplier's management dashboard, the supplier can easily find available volunteers as well as the performance of each volunteer. When selecting a volunteer for product sales, the supplier can use the Block Fame level and access more specific data.

# 14. DonaBlock Technology

**DonaBlock consists of four layers: Core Layer (blockchain network), Commerce Service Layer. Donation Service Layer. Application Layer.**

# 14-1 System Architecture

<figure><img src="/files/I5JAJxmiaCUyOdzlkTo0" alt=""><figcaption><p>SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE</p></figcaption></figure>

# 14-2 Core Layer

The Core Layer stores the sales activity information of each participants of DonaBlock Ecosystem on blockchain and distributed repository. The sales activity information is collected from all the activities generated by end users and from transactions of each deals on DonaBlock.

Critical data, such as product information of the deal, "ShopBack" contract between a supplier and an volunteer, sales records from transactions made by customers on each commerce provider's services, other sales related activities by end users, is stored on blockchain network to prevent fabrication, intervention, or fraudulent activities.

Those data play an important role in the ecosystem to evaluate accurate sales performance of each volunteer and to analyze their followers. DonaBlock blockchain network will be built on an existing Mainnet with minimal data at the initial stage, but it aims to be run independently to support full commerce engine by operating Dona Mainnet or side chain in the future.

In addition, detailed activity data of ecosystem participants will be stored on distributed storage as cached, asynchronous data to increase the efficiency of on-chain transactions.

For example, activities generated by volunteer, detailed purchase information of a customer, and identities of participants are stored on separate, distributed data repository rather than a main blockchain network since they are cold data with a low access frequency.

Also, deal contents created by volunteer or product contents provided by suppliers are on the distributed data storage.

The data on this layer is encrypted and can only be viewed by the data owner, or permitted individuals/companies by the data owner.

# 14-3 Commerce Layer

The Commerce Service Layer of DonaBlock provides back-end services for commerce transactions between blockchain network and the front-end applications.

Various commerce application services using DonaBlock can access the blockchain network only through this Commerce layer.

To support actual commerce transactions, applications require various features such as product curation module, "ShopBack" contract system, deal/product inventory, authentication system, payment, internal exchanges, etc.

The Commerce Service Layer contains those functional systems and pre- processing of data to ensure rapid, seamless transactions. To build the whole ecosystem efficiently, 3rd party blockchain-based services can join on commerce layer as contributors.

Also, in this layer, APIs (Application Programming Interface) that can easily access to the blockchain network are provided as SDK (Software Development Kit), so that various application providers can easily develop and integrate Commerce utilizing DonaBlock. DonaBlock team will develop various APIs for DonaBlock such as , Dona Data Analysis & Dashboard API, etc. as SDK with multi-language supports so that any Commerce Service Providers (end-user applications) can easily integrate the volunteer commerce and/or access to information on DonaBlock to further create services that enrich DonaBlock ecosystem.

**Components of the Commerce Layer are as follows.**

1\. Dealer Component is in charge of the transaction among Supplier, volunteer, and Customer.

Following is the table explaining sub-modules of Dealer Component.

# 14-4 Application Layer

Application Layer is for end-user DApps or mobile/web applications which use DonaBlock to integrate Commerce features on their services.

Commerce Service Providers, who provide end-user applications for customer transactions, are current e-Commerce service providers and, also, community/contents/social media app services wishing to implement influencer commerce.

Transactional and activity-related data from connected app services will transfer to Core Layer via Commerce Service Layer.

# 14-5 Structure of API and Other Infrastructures

DonaBlock team not only provides the internally refined data but also various API that handles the customer queries ranging in different level.

This API will manage various crypto donation Widget services in its platform and further expand to provide SDK in the future.

The ultimate goal of the development is to provide the most conveniently-used API with all functions introduced affixed.

DonaBlock requires Multi-Contract and Multi-State Interface to be provided via web and mobile platform.

According to the agreed smart contract, the service flow consists of the infrastructure configuration as represented below.&#x20;

1. DonaBlock collects raw data to collect and process large data record streams in real time.&#x20;
2. The server in charge of the data collection takes control of In-Memory caching (Redis, Memcached, etc) to perform high-capacity traffic processing.&#x20;
3. The collected data are to be stored in the storage such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Bigtable or Cloud Datastore, and will be distributed to the large capacity storage such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage.&#x20;
4. The personal information data will be encrypted and stored on the storage server, and will be used for PaaS's API Big Data Analysis service through the following infrastructure.

# 14-6 Quantum cryptography & SECURITY

### **Blockchain Quantum Security**

The greatest issue in blockchain networks is security. We present a new paradigm for quantum encryption, which is becoming an issue in the industry, to the community. We support the original mission by preventing the loss of value of your valuable donation assets due to unethical acts such as hacking.&#x20;

**Our blockchain quantum encryption solution focuses on current issues rather than future ones.**

<figure><img src="/files/Kqtdiv3nOVBLNGsWXa6B" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The ECDSA(Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) encryption algorithm adopted by BNB uses quantum-entangled entropy data as a seed when generating random numbers. The enhanced encryption level achieved through quantumization ensures the safety of your valuable donation assets from loss or theft.&#x20;

**Our quantum encryption solution is the only technology that can be implemented using existing technology.**

### **QEaaS(Quantum Entropy as a Service)**

<figure><img src="/files/gd9Lm0sURUm1mQavK7WE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

By using QEaaS, all results (Constructed Result) combined with quantum-entangled seed data can always be generated as a quantum-encrypted key, regardless of whether one side is pseudo or true.

<figure><img src="/files/DEfSAuzL7NPyMZZfqQUP" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The electronic wallet generated by your private key always guarantees security at the quantum encryption level. QEaaS (Quantum Entropy as a Service) is different from network technologies such as quantum-resistant cryptography (Post Quantum Cryptography) and Quantum Key Distributor (QKD), which cannot control below the L3 layer in the OSI layer, and are not yet applicable to the

blockchain ecosystem. Our QEaaS service solution can be naturally transplanted and applied to old encryption methods with simple API integration regardless of the layer.

Our quantum encryption solution complies with traditional network environments and encryption rules.

<figure><img src="/files/Et79KzVwzevDFPszWAOr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

We provide quantum encryption solutions for companies and ecosystems that value the demand and supply of tokens and a more advanced security environment. We are preparing for the old blockchain network

and future security standards. We spare no effort in providing the only quantum encryption environment that can realistically be provided until the future point to take responsibility for the security issues in the blockchain ecosystem.

# 15. DonaBlock Data Architecture

DonaBlock runs a separate, distributed data storage system in order to store large scaled data efficiently on blockchain.

Not only it increases transaction efficiency, but also prevents unwanted data loss that might happen for centralized data servers. Furthermore, DonaBlock functionality will be improved by using distributed file system solution such as IPFS and Platform as a Service (PaaS) such as GCP and AWS.

DonaBlock basically records and stores all the activity data taking place in its ecosystem. Since these data could be large scaled and be generated too frequently, they are managed separately as Core Data on blockchain for transaction management and Reference Data to support sales on DonaBlock.

On DonaBlock, Core Data is directly stored on its blockchain network, and Reference Data stored on a separate, distributed data repository using IPFS and PaaS.

<mark style="color:purple;">• DATA ARCHITECTURE</mark>

<figure><img src="/files/YuDIG4RYdYiXbD4EKRvF" alt=""><figcaption><p><mark style="color:purple;">DATA ARCHITECTURE</mark></p></figcaption></figure>

# 15-1 Core Data : On-Blockchain Data

Sales-related transactions on DonaBlock are recorded on blockchain. This includes all of the inter-account transaction activities such as deal agreements between suppliers and volunteer in smart contract form, and purchases from customers, which is an essential and critical part of commerce. Such core transaction data is recorded on blockchain in the form of DonaBlock Token transaction between accounts, and additional references such as detailed deal contents, customer behavior data and personal information of customers, etc., are encrypted and stored on a separate distributed repository.

<figure><img src="/files/K1kwCFRyMQE8KGsspflP" alt=""><figcaption><p>On-Blockchain Data</p></figcaption></figure>

# 15-2 Reference Data :

<mark style="color:purple;">**Large-Scaled, Frequently-Generated Data**</mark>

Data on DonaBlock corresponding to personal information, rich contents for products and deals(images, video clips, and text), frequently generated user behavior records, etc., are stored on separate distributed repositories such as IPFS or PaaS. (Reference Data) Such additional information can be categorized into merchandise information, customer information, and detail contents data.

Reference Data of each deal is hashed to be linked to respective core data. This enables efficient blockchain network transaction for better user experiences.

# 15-3 Data Ownership : Public / Private

DonaBlock Data generated in the ecosystem are categorized in two ways by ownership:

the privately owned or the publicly accessible. For example, the purchase transaction details

of a customer are exclusively accessible by the customer and by limited, authorized parties

only, which are managed as private data. However, the open access data like deal information and sales contents are considered as public data, which are accessible by all participants or contributors on DonaBlock.

This public data includes a summary of important matters related to the products on sale to share transparent data, and it does not include any private, personal information. Private data is stored securely on a separate distributed storage, and only the reference of the data - hash or address - is stored on blockchain.

# 15-4 Configuration and Technical Specifications

The team considers various blockchain Mainnets to build and support a seamless ecosystem of DonaBlock.

The most important specification to consider is the transaction fee scheme of Mainnet.

Due to the nature of the commerce service, frequent data transactions are expected. The capacity of heavy transaction at minimum charge, thus, will be required for sustainable business on DonaBlock. Second, the Mainnet's network processing capability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously should be considered as critical point.

The first generation blockchain networks, such as Bitcoin, and the second generation blockchain like Etherium, are suffering from chronic scaling issues. Therefore, they are trying to solve problems by introducing various off-chain processing methods such as shading technique, lightning network, Raiden network and plasma.

The lighting network minimizes the block-chain recording and saves the transaction fee through off-chain method which does not record intermediate transactions on blockchain. This allows faster approvals without waiting for a block transaction, and it only pays a transaction fee when the payment channel is opened and closed, so intermediate transactions generated in between do not require any fees. When all the data is recorded on chain, there are many additional issues - not only a lower speed rate, but also limited block size and increased data fees, and others.

Plasma creates a separate chain and synchronizes it with the main blockchain for the minimum amount of data needed for verification only.

This allows to reduce a block size, to run DApp faster, and to minimize commissions of data transactions. Sharding is a method that divides data into smaller size for effective data management.

The data applies to a blockchain network, which separates its nodes - the subgroups - from mainnet. It is to increase the data processing speed to maximize transaction volume per second.

As Plasma facilitates Dapp's data processing, Raiden network reduces fees, and sharding maximizes transaction capacities, it is expected to be able to run a commerce protocol at the level of practical use.

DonaBlock implements a blockchain network in two stages. In the initial phase, Ethereum or EOS, or another existing Mainnet will be used to record limited core data only on blockchain to test the economic model of DonaBlock.

However, since DonaBlock ecosystem requires large-scaled data process and high-speed transactions, we will develop a separate, private blockchain network to support the full features by continuously applying up-to-date technologies and by studying further updates from various Mainnets.

# 16. DonaBlock Token Economy

<figure><img src="/files/etN8N3qJXlpCpBTnIEQu" alt=""><figcaption><p>Token Economy</p></figcaption></figure>

# 16-1. Token Flow

Suppliers who want to sell their products with volunteers must pay DonaBlock tokens when registering products on Dashboard.

The tokens paid by suppliers are directly transferred to Dona Ecosystem Reserve as donation.

The Ecosystem Reserve has a Token Reward Pool to distribute DonaBlock tokens to each rewarding parties.

All the token inflow is to be deposited in the Reserve, and sales revenue from customers are also automatically exchanged into Give Token and deposited in the Reserve. Some of the tokens reserved are transferred to the Reward Pool to be distributed to 2 different parties :

1\) Volunteers , and

2\) Customers as token rewards.

When a customer purchases a product through volunteers’ promotional contents, either fiat or tokens paid is internally processed on the protocol's payment service in Commerce Layer, and deposited in the Reserve.

The corresponding supplier will be paid in fiat or token according to the original payment means of the purchase, and the volunteers receives sales reward in token based on the "ShopBack" agreement. Furthermore, customers who purchase products with DonaBlock tokens get rewarded, and the volunteers who have high activity records are also eligible for extra reward.

All of these rewards are based on each participant’s actual performance within the ecosystem.

The rewarded tokens are tradable into fiat on any exchanges where Dona is listed.

Also, any participants/contributors can purchase DonaBlock tokens from the exchanges :

for paid services/ features on DonaBlock or for product purchase on token-only sale.

# 16-2. DonaBlock Token and DonaGive Token

**DonaBlock Token :** The utility token used for various transactions and rewards within DonaBlock, and tradable on 3rd party fiat-crypto exchanges. It also plays a role of providing liquidity within the DonaBlock.

**DonaGive Token :** DonaBlock It is the main token used only for rewards and donations within the ecosystem and cannot be exchanged on fiat-crypto exchanges

# 16-3 Block-Fame

The index for Volunteers sales reputation, corresponding to customer purchase activities and sales history. It is different from current reputation level on social media which is based on quantitative measuring of the number of followers/fans, and of comments or content views - which are vulnerable to fraudulent activities like fake followers, liking bots, and etc.

Block-Fame as "Proof of Fame" plays an important role when making a profit sharing contract between a supplier and an Volunteers: transparent, standard guide. As it reflects the accumulated activities and token rewards of the Volunteers during the most recent period on DonaBlock, Block-Fame stays always up-to-date. It also requires the participant to earn and maintain DonaBlock Tokens, which increases the level of contribution by the Volunteers to the DonaBlock platform.

# 16-4 Volunteers Charity Campaign Reward

• An volunteers receives a charity campaign reward in DonaBlock token according to "ShopBack" agreement with the corresponding supplier on smart contract.

• In addition to the charity campaign reward, extra reward tokens are given according to the sales results and Consumer engagements by the volunteers.

• Some of the tokens paid by customers from product sales are to be reserved in the Token Reward Pool.

• The formula of extra sales activity reward for an volunteers is as follows and the weighted

value of payment (Ai) is subject to change by DonaBlock Policies.

<figure><img src="/files/Vf3xAdGmB8wjzA8K4tXq" alt=""><figcaption><p>Volunteers Charity Campaign Reward</p></figcaption></figure>

# 16-5 Consumer Rewards

• Once a consumer buys a listed product on DonaBlock service, some amounts of the transaction are deposited in the Token Reward Pool in DonaBlock token.

• The accumulated tokens from consumers are distributed as consumer Reward. This Reward is Only for consumers who donated with DonaGive Tokens

• The more tokens a consumer donates over a period of time, the more rewards they can receive.

• The formula of Customer Reward is shown below and the weighted value of payment (Ac) is subject to change by DonaBlock Policies.

<figure><img src="/files/yqv2ab2WnEmbC9SHKOmI" alt=""><figcaption><p>CONSUMER REWARDS</p></figcaption></figure>

# 17. Token Economy Strategy & Risk Management

Practically, as it takes time to settle the token economy over fiat usage for commerce activities, DonaBlock supports two track transaction methods : fiat & token.

However as the ecosystem settles, the token model gradually expands so that the sustainable token economy can be created with enough market circulation. To gradually boost token transactions on DonaBlock, economy models to manage risks and to activate token usage are implemented.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Phase 1 : Early Stage to Test Basic Models**</mark>

In the early stage of the Token Economy, the total volume of Fiat transaction will be much higher than that of Token transaction, but the circulation of tokens will be gradually increased through token inflow models by each participants (Suppliers, volunteers, Customers).

In this phase, compulsory controls on supplier side and on volunteers will create the base of token economy : suppliers must use tokens to activate product registrations to open any promotional deals with volunteers, and volunteers must be rewarded in token only for any sales activities.

Also, volunteers who aim higher Block-Fame index and to expedite the deals are encouraged to accumulate tokens.

The initial benefit from Customer Reward is high in actual market value, which drives loyal customers to use tokens more frequently.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Phase 2&3 : Accelerate Token Volume & Value**</mark>

In Phase 2, through the business market expansion to and to wider global market, the ecosystem and economy participants (suppliers, volunteers, customers, Charity) will be rapidly increasing. Consequently, the use case & distributions of DonaBlock tokens will increase accordingly.

When reached in Phase 3, token transactions will be dominant due to increased international transactions. As the token's user base grow, token value and circulation volume will increase.

<mark style="color:purple;">**Inflation (additional issuance of Tokens)**</mark>

The source of the DonaBlock rewards is the reward pool where the participants themselves generate tokens from actual transactions. The operating costs for the ecosystem is covered by the tokens paid by suppliers when they register products. Therefore, there is no need for token issuance that can dramatically reduce the value of the token. However, for some inevitable cases, inflation might be considered on a minimal scale. When inflation required, the DonaBlock council shall ask prior consent of the community.
