# 7-1 Dona Bazaar ShopBack

• DonaBlock Bazaar performs sales agency on partner Suppliers' products, and receives intermediate distribution and sales fees from partner Suppliers when the product is sold.

• Suppliers must possess DonaBlock Tokens in advance in order to sell their products through DonaBlock Bazaar.

• DonaBlock Bazaar receives sales fees from its partners in DonaBlock Tokens and "ShopBack" them to consumers.

• The ratio of tokens of "ShopBack" to consumers by DonaBlock Bazaar is determined by the Supplier, and DonaBlock is not involved.

• DonaBlock users purchase social economy products that contain various values subsequently supporting and sharing their values.

• When a member signs up for DonaBlock, the electronic wallet is activated and BuyBack is safely stored after the purchase is confirmed
